Update #11 - 9/15/23
Praise be to God — Kara has completed her chemotherapy! This is a huge milestone, and we are so thankful.
The past several months have been incredibly difficult, but we have seen God’s hand at work every step of the way. He has sustained Kara through the worst of the treatments, and He has provided for our every need through His people.
Now we turn our attention to the next phase: surgery. Kara will be meeting with her surgical team soon to discuss the details. We are trusting that the tumor has responded well to chemo, and that surgery will be straightforward.
Thank You: To each of you who have walked this road with us — thank you. Your prayers have carried us. Your generosity has met our needs. Your encouragement has lifted our spirits.
We could not have done this without you.
Looking Forward: We are hopeful about what lies ahead. God has proven Himself faithful again and again, and we trust that He will continue to do so.
